データを送るだけで、あなたの作品がAAA GALLERYに並びます。

こちらは作品データをお送りいただくだけで、ギャラリーが印刷から展示までを行うプリントサービスです。
遠方やご多忙の方、そして海外在住の作家さまも、直接日本にお越しいただかなくても大丈夫！国際送料もかかりません♪
安心してご参加いただける便利なプランです。

プリントプランをご利用いただくすべての作家さまに、以下の特典をご用意しております。
展示の前後を通して、より安心してご参加いただけるようサポートいたします。

【展示前】出展アーティスト紹介イメージをHPに掲載
展示開始前に、作家さまのご紹介イメージを公式HPに掲載いたします。
作品の世界観を事前にお届けすることで、来場者の方々により興味を持っていただける機会となります。

【展示中】展示会風景の写真をお届け
展示開始後、ギャラリーにて撮影した展示風景の写真を送付いたします。
（※運営の都合上、SNSのDMを通じてのみのご案内となります。）
遠方の方や海外在住の方も、会場の雰囲気をご確認いただけます。

【展示後】展示の様子をまとめた動画を制作
展示期間終了後、会場の様子を収録したショートムービーを制作し、URLにてお送りいたします。
記録としても、SNSでの告知・アーカイブとしてもご活用いただけます。

ご利用プラン

PLAN 1：基本サービス

・作品プリント（A4サイズ・最大3点まで）
・額レンタル料
・作品展示に関する設営・撤収委託費（※税込6,380円相当）
料金：15,000円（税込16,500円）

PLAN２：基本サービス＋グッズ販売対応プラン

★作品展示に加えて、グッズ販売の設置・整理・撤収もギャラリーが代行いたします。
・作品プリント（A4サイズ・最大3点まで）
・額レンタル料
・作品展示に関する設営・撤収委託費（※税込6,380円相当）
・グッズ販売の設置・整理・撤収代行
料金：18,000円（税込19,800円）

※グッズの往復送料は作家様ご負担となります。
※備品レンタルをご希望の場合は、別途ご予約が必要です。
・販売物が多い場合は、大きめの台や備品のレンタルをおすすめします。詳細はこちら（レンタル備品について）をご確認ください。

PLAN３：基本サービス＋A4作品5点まで展示可能プラン

★A4作品の展示点数を増やしたい方向けのプランです。
・作品プリント（A4サイズ・最大5点まで）
・額レンタル料
・作品展示に関する設営・撤収委託費（※税込6,380円相当）
料金：20,000円（税込22,000円）

お申し込み方法

お申込みフォームのご記入時に、
「搬入作業」欄でご希望のプリントプラン（PRINT PLAN 1／PRINT PLAN 2／PRINT PLAN 3）をご選択ください。
また、「搬出作業」欄では『PRINT PLAN』をご選択ください。

プリントを希望される作品データは、展示開始日の10日前までに
メールまたは共有フォルダ等にてお送りください。

グッズをお送りいただく場合は、開催２日前までにお届けいただくようお願いいたします。
詳しい発送方法はこちら（搬入・搬出について）をご確認ください。

（任意）ご希望の場合は、以下を含むA4サイズの画像データ（最大2点）をあわせてお送りください：
・作品タイトル
・作家名
・SNSアカウントのQRコードなど
キャプションは、ギャラリーにて展示の雰囲気にあわせてサイズ調整の上、作品近くに掲示いたします。

また、作品の確認のため必ず【納品書】を記入して、画像データにて当ギャラリーへお送りくださいませ。
納品書が確認できない場合は販売を行うことができませんので、あらかじめご了承くださいませ。

ご注意事項

・本サービスはデジタルデータでのご出展に限りご利用いただけます。
・展示終了後のプリント作品の取り扱いは以下のとおりです：
　・日本国内住所の場合 → 展示終了後2週間以内に着払いにて発送いたします。
　　※実際のお届けに要する期間は郵便局の事情により異なります。
　　破棄をご希望の場合は事前にご連絡ください。
　・海外住所の場合 → 発送は行わず、ギャラリーにて処分いたします。
・額はレンタル品のため、作品販売時は額を除いたプリント作品のみの販売となります。（※購入者が額込みでの購入を希望する場合を除く）
・販売金額に応じて販売代行手数料が発生する場合がございます。売上金の海外送金にかかる手数料は作家さまご負担となります。

【PRINT PLAN】– Exhibit with Ease♪

Have you ever wanted to exhibit in Japan but worried about travel or shipping costs?
With the PRINT PLAN, your works can be showcased at AAA Gallery simply by sending data.

With the PRINT PLAN, simply send us your artwork data and AAA Gallery will handle the printing, framing, and exhibition.
You can join without coming to Japan – and there’s no need for costly international shipping!

PRINT PLAN Benefits

All artists using the PRINT PLAN will receive the following benefits.
We provide support before, during, and after the exhibition so you can participate with confidence—regardless of distance.

Before the Exhibition — Artist Introduction on the Website
Before the exhibition begins, an artist introduction image will be published on the official website.
This allows visitors to discover your work in advance and gain interest before visiting the gallery.

During the Exhibition — Exhibition Photos Provided
Once the exhibition starts, we will send you photos of your displayed works taken inside the gallery.
(*Due to operational reasons, photos are sent only via SNS DM.)
Artists living far away or overseas can still see the atmosphere of the venue.

After the Exhibition — Exhibition Video Production
After the exhibition ends, a short highlight video of the exhibition will be created and delivered via URL.
This can be used as a record or for SNS announcements and archives.

Plan Options

PLAN１：Basic Service

・Artwork Printing: Up to 3 sheets in A4 size
・Frame Usage Fee
・Installation and Dismantling Fee for Artwork Display (Equivalent to ¥6,380 including tax)
Price: ¥15,000 (¥16,500 including tax)

PLAN２：Basic Service + Goods Sales Support

★In addition to artwork display, the gallery will handle the setup, arrangement, and removal of goods for sale on your behalf.
・Artwork Printing: Up to 3 sheets in A4 size
・Frame Usage Fee
・Installation and Dismantling Fee for Artwork Display (Equivalent to ¥6,380 including tax)
・Setup, Arrangement, and Removal of Goods for Sale
Price: ¥18,000 (¥19,800 including tax)

※Round-trip shipping fees for goods are the artist’s responsibility.
※If you wish to rent display fixtures, a separate reservation is required.
・If you have many items for sale, we recommend renting larger display tables or fixtures. Please check here (About Rental Supplies) for details.

PLAN 3：Basic Services + Display Up to 5 A4 Prints

★This plan is ideal for artists who wish to display more A4-sized works.
・Artwork printing: Up to 5 sheets in A4 size
・Frame Usage Fee
・Installation and Dismantling Fee for Artwork Display (Equivalent to ¥6,380 including tax)
Price: ¥20,000 (¥22,000 including tax)

How to Apply

When filling out the application form(お申込みフォーム),
please select your preferred PRINT PLAN (PRINT PLAN 1 / PRINT PLAN 2 / PRINT PLAN 3) in the “Installation Work (搬入作業)” section.
For the “搬出作業” (Dismantling Work) section, please select ‘PRINT PLAN.’

Please send the data of the artworks you wish to be printed via email or a shared folder at least 10 days before the exhibition starts.

If you are sending goods, please make sure they arrive at least two days before the exhibition.

Optional: If you wish, you may also attach up to two A4-size caption image files (including title, artist name, SNS QR, etc.). The gallery will resize them to match the exhibition atmosphere and display them beside your work.

Important Notes

・This service is only available for digital artworks.
・Handling of printed works after the exhibition:
　・If your address is in Japan → Works will be shipped cash-on-delivery within 2 weeks after the exhibition ends.
　　*The actual delivery time may vary depending on the circumstances of the post office.
　　If you wish to have your work discarded, please contact us in advance.
　・If your address is overseas → Works will not be shipped and will be disposed of at the gallery.
・The frames are rental items. If the artwork is sold, only the artwork will be sold, excluding the frame. (Unless the buyer also purchases the frame.)
・A commission fee may apply depending on the sale price, and the artist will be responsible for the international transfer fee of the sales amount. (Details on commission fees can be found in the terms of use.)

작품 데이터만 보내주시면, 당신의 작품이 AAA 갤러리에 전시됩니다.

PRINT PLAN은 작품 데이터만 보내주시면 AAA 갤러리에서 인쇄・액자 세팅・전시까지 진행하는 서비스입니다.
멀리 거주하시거나 해외에 계셔도 일본까지 직접 오실 필요 없고, 국제 운송료 부담도 없습니다!

프린트플랜 공통 혜택

프린트플랜을 이용하시는 모든 작가님께 아래의 혜택을 제공합니다.
전시 전·중·후 전 과정에서 안심하여 전시를 즐기실 수 있도록 지원하는 서비스입니다.

전시 전 — 참여 작가 소개 이미지를 HP에 게시
전시 시작 전, 작가님의 소개 이미지를 공식 홈페이지에 업로드합니다.
관람객들이 전시 전에 작품 분위기를 미리 접하고 관심을 가질 수 있는 기회가 됩니다.

전시 중 — 전시 풍경 사진 제공
전시 시작 후, 갤러리에서 촬영한 전시 풍경 사진을 보내드립니다.(※운영상 이유로 SNS DM으로만 전달됩니다.)
해외 또는 먼 지역에 계신 작가님도 현장의 분위기를 확인하실 수 있습니다.

전시 후 — 전시 기록 영상 제작
전시 종료 후, 전시 모습을 담은 영상을 제작하여 URL로 보내드립니다.
SNS 홍보용 또는 작품 기록용으로 활용하실 수 있습니다.

★작품 전시에 더해, 굿즈 판매의 진열·정리·철거까지 갤러리가 대신 진행합니다.

・작품 전시에 관한 설치 및 철거 위탁료 (세금 포함 6,380엔 상당)
・굿즈 판매의 진열·정리·철거 대행
금액 /18,000円（세금 포함 19,800円）

※굿즈 왕복 배송비는 작가님 부담입니다.
※비품 렌탈을 원하실 경우, 별도 예약이 필요합니다.
・판매 물품이 많은 경우에는 큰 테이블이나 비품 렌탈을 권장드립니다. 자세한 내용은 여기(비품 렌탈 안내)를 확인해주세요.

PLAN 3：기본 서비스 + A4 작품 최대 5점 전시 가능 플랜

★A4 사이즈 작품을 더 많이 전시하고 싶은 작가님을 위한 플랜입니다.
・작품 인쇄：A4 사이즈, 최대 5장
・액자 사용료
・작품 전시에 관한 설치 및 철거 위탁료 (세금 포함 6,380엔 상당)
금액 /20,000円（세금 포함 20,000円）

신청 방법

신청 폼(お申込みフォーム)을 통한 신청서 작성 시,
「搬入作業」 항목에서 원하시는 프린트플랜(PRINT PLAN 1 / PRINT PLAN 2 / PRINT PLAN 3)을 선택해 주세요.
「搬出作業」항목에서는 ‘PRINT PLAN’을 선택해주시기 바랍니다.

인쇄를 의뢰하실 작품의 데이터는 전시 시작 10일 전까지 이메일 혹은 공유폴더 등을 통하여 보내주시기 바랍니다.

굿즈를 보내실 경우, 전시 개최 2일 전까지 도착하도록 부탁드립니다.
자세한 발송 방법은 여기(반입·반출 안내)에서 확인하실 수 있습니다.

(선택) 원하시는 경우, A4 사이즈의 캡션 — 작품명·작가명·SNS QR 등을 포함한 이미지 파일(최대 2장)을 함께 보내주시면, 갤러리에서 전시 분위기에 맞게 크기를 조정하여 작품 옆에 부착해 드립니다.

주의사항

・디지털 작품일 경우에만 이용 가능한 서비스입니다.
・전시 종료 후 인쇄 작품의 처리 방식은 다음과 같습니다:
　・일본 국내 주소인 경우 → 전시 종료 후 2주 이내에 착불 택배로 발송됩니다.
　　※ 실제 배송 기간은 우체국 사정에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.
　　작품 파기를 원하실 경우에는 사전에 연락해 주세요.
　・해외 주소인 경우 → 발송하지 않고 갤러리에서 파기합니다.
・액자는 렌탈 비품이며, 작품을 판매할 경우 액자를 제외한 작품만 판매합니다. (구매자가 액자를 함께 구매하는 경우는 제외)
・판매 금액에 따라 대행수수료가 발생할 수 있으며, 판매 금액의 해외 송금 수수료는 작가님께서 부담하셔야 합니다.
